This usually consists of 2 sessions lasting 2 to 3 hours each covering:- 
 
Meet and get to know your Science of Sport mind coach. The trust and understanding between the two of you is fundamental to the success of the programme. 
 
It is important to know that you are not just a professional golfer. You have different roles; husband/wife, father/mother, son/daughter etc. You also have a past, a childhood with rules, values and beliefs and a unique interpretation of your experiences which will influence how you interact with the world. All this and more dictates who and how you are on the golf course and ultimately how successful you will allow yourself to become. 
 
Allow your Science of Sport mind coach to fully understand your requirements; including your current position, recent performances, stats, strengths/weaknesses, goals, dreams, beliefs etc. 
 
Establish the most suitable format of the programme for you bearing mind your commitments, your schedule and liaise with your golf coach where appropriate. 
 
Gain an understanding into the Mind Body connection, the latest discoveries and the power of the unconscious mind. It could be that a single deeply rooted limiting belief is all that is holding you back from making a significant step forward!
